George F. Ingraham
loving father and grandfather
CUBA, NY - George F. Ingraham, 52, of 9040 Stout Road passed away Friday (Oct. 16, 2009) at the Veteran's Administration Hospital, Bath, NY, after a long illness.
Born Feb. 5, 1957, in Cuba, NY, he was a son of Cleon and Erma Cooper Ingraham.
Mr. Ingraham had been employed as a truck driver for City Line Paving in Fitchburg, MA, prior to his retirement due to his illness.
He loved his dogs, was a very good mechanic, and especially enjoyed the time he spent with his family.
Surviving are a son, James (April Covell) Ingraham of West Clarksville, NY, a daughter, Taunya (Joseph Leiseur) Ingraham of Belfast, NY; five grandchildren; three brothers; Henry Ingraham of Belmont, NY, William (Shirley Shreve) Ingraham of Friendship, NY and Donald (Gloria) Ingraham of West Clarksville, NY; a sister, Victoria Ingraham of Cuba, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull St., Cuba, NY, on Saturday (Oct. 24, 2009) from 10 to 11 a.m., at which time funeral services will be held. The Rev. Leslie Chambers, pastor of the West Clarksville Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cuba Cemetery,
