Stephen J. Krajewski
“beloved husband, father, son & brother”
Clara, PA---Stephen J. “Steve” Krajewski, 48, of Clara, PA, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Sunday, February 14, 2010, shortly after arrival at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, after suffering an apparent heart attack at home.
Born October 10, 1961 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of Thaddeus M. and Helen L. Gladora Krajewski. On April 1, 2000 in Shinglehouse, he married Bobi J. Cornelius, who survives.
He was a graduate of Montour High School and attended Allegheny County Community College. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh. Mr. Krajewski was a private networking contractor for Comcast.
Steve’s love of helping children included his many years of coaching T-ball, Little League, Babe Ruth, and serving as a volunteer assistant coach of the Oswayo Valley Varsity Baseball team in Shinglehouse. He took pictures of all sports activities at the Oswayo Valley schools. He enjoyed hunting. His greatest love was his wife, children and family.
Surviving besides his wife, are his mother of Robinson; three children, Christopher S. Krajewski, Brielle L. Cornelius, and Coby A. Krajewski, all at home; two sisters, Karen A. (Frederick) Florian and Maxine F. (Thomas) Vey, both of Gibsonia; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Krajewski was predeceased by his father.
Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, PA. In keeping with the family’s wishes funeral services will be private with the Rev. Chris M. Hamlett, pastor of St. Theresa Catholic Church, officiating.
