Ronald A. Rix
Ronald A. Rix of Montgomery, Texas, (formerly of Richburg, NY) passed away Sunday, January 4, 2009.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the West Clarksville Baptist Church, 9003 County Rte. 5 (Daggett Hollow Road), West Clarksville, NY.
Born Jan. 5, 1954, in Olean, N.Y., he was a son of the late Alvin Rix and Onnalee Button.
Surviving are his wife, Candy; stepsons, Kenneth (Margaret) Dickerson Jr. of Bolivar, N.Y., and Christopher (Christina) Jenkins of Derby, N.Y.; a sister, Donna (Ron) Stonemetz of Starke, Fla.; his stepfather, William "Bill" Button of Portville, N.Y.; stepbrother, Eric Bergman of Conroe; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Patricia Rix Harmon and Bonnie Rix McDaniel.
