Frederick R. Van Der Linden
He was born in Cuba, NY, and moved to Florida in 1981.
Mr. Van Der Linden was employed as a truck driver.
Surviving are a daughter, Kristian Hecklau of Mooresville, NC; a son James Van Der Linden of Fountain, CO; his parents, Keith and Dorothy Van Der Linden; a brother, Russell Van Der Linden; a sister, Aprille Truax; and four grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Katie Marie Van Der Linden.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010) at Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce.
A memorial service will be held in New York at a later date.
