Clinton A. Bundy
AUSTIN- Clinton A. Bundy of horn Hollow Rd., died Tuesday (Feb. 10, 2009) in Charles Cole Mem. Hospital, Coudersport.
Born September 7, 1940, in Coudersport, he was a son of Theodore C. and Dorothy Lowers Bundy.
Mr. Bundy had worked for the Mallory Lumber Co., Emporium, before his retirement.
He was a longtime resident of the area and a former 4H Leader. His passions were: gardening, wood-working, and enjoying his dogs.
He was a veteran, having served in the US Army.
Surviving are two sons, Terry L. Bundy of Pittsburgh, PA, Scott A. (Sara) Bundy of Wellsville, NY; three daughters, LaVerta “Sissy” J. (Jack) Miller of Emporium, PA, June A. (Steve) Reynolds of Port Allegany, and Samantha D. (Brian) Mayle of Ellwood City, PA; 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mildred Parker of Renovo, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Todd A Bundy, and four sisters, Shirley Bundy, Ruby Rossman, Betty Skillman, and Rosemary Bundy.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. Friday (Feb. 13, 2009) at the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. with Brian Mayle, officiating. Burial will be in Odin Cemetery, Coudersport.
The Port Allegany Honor Guard will conduct a military service immediately following the funeral.
Memorials can be made to the E.O. Austin/Historical Society.
