Scott Dickeson
loving companion, son and brother
ELDRED, PA - Scott Dickeson, 46, of Eldred died Tuesday (Aug. 17, 2010) at Bradford Regional Medical Center following a long illness.
Born March 29, 1964, in Rochester, N.Y., he was a son of John and Carol Varley Dickeson.
Mr. Dickeson attended schools in Rochester and later graduated from the dental hygiene program at Monroe Community College.
He moved to the Eldred area from Rochester in 1995 and was employed for the past 10 years, prior to illness, as a dental hygienist for Christopher Young, DDS, in Shinglehouse.
Mr. Dickeson was a member of the American Dental Association. He loved woodworking, gardening and house painting.
Surviving besides his mother, Carol Varley of Rochester, are five brothers, John (Robin) Dickeson of Eljay, Ga., Mark Dickeson, Keith Dickeson, Kenneth Dickeson and David Dickeson, all of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by his fiancee, Dianne Rees Vogt, with whom he resided.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. Arrangements are under the direction of the Frame Funeral Home, Eldred.
