Betty L. Casler
MILLCREEK, PA - Betty L. Casler, 80, of Millcreek passed away Saturday (Aug. 28, 2010) at Pleasant Ridge Manor in Girard.
Born Aug. 14, 1930, in Cuba, NY, she was a daughter of the late Silas and Helen Sweetland Lamb. She was married to the Rev. Robert G. Casler, who survives.
Mrs. Casler supported her husband's ministry and enjoyed crossword puzzles.
Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Jeanie R. Ling of Seneca, NY, Wanda L. (Jeff) Lyons of Erie and Jo Anne (Jim) York of Washington, PA; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen Monahan of Cody, WO; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Raymond E. Casler; a grandson, Joshua M. York; three sisters, Margaret Butts, Josephine Bessy and Ruth Congdon; and a brother, Edward Lamb.
Friends may call at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 W. 38th St., Erie, on Tuesday (Aug. 31, 2010) from 10 a.m. to noon, at which time funeral services will be held.
