William David Roulo
OLEAN, NY - William David Roulo of 211 N. 10th St., formerly of Portville, passed away Tuesday (Dec. 14, 2010) at his home after a lengthy illness.
Born July 13, 1941, in Olean he was a son of the late Douglas and Eleanor Anderson Roulo.
He was a graduate of Portville Central School and was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the U.S. Army.
He worked for Southern Tier Union Bricklayers until his retirement and was a member of Portville American Legion Post 814 and the NRA.
Surviving are his children, Tammy Roulo of Olean, David (Jen) Roulo of Hinsdale, Keith Roulo and Julie Roulo, both of Olean; eight grandchildren, Cody Roulo, Dylan Burlingame, Serene Roulo, Ryan Roulo, Julian Roulo, Joylen Roulo, Jezerae Roulo and Jemini Roulo; one brother, Robert (Phyllis) Roulo of Portville; four sisters, Carolyn (Robert) Warner of Portville, Patricia (Jack) Bridge of Bradford, Pa., Mary (Larry) Witter of Bolivar and Eleanor Kammer of Ariz.; one sister-in-law, Kay Roulo of Bradford; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Gerald Roulo, Joseph "Ron" Roulo and James Roulo.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Guenther Funeral Home Inc., 51 S. Main St., Portville, funeral Services will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 18, 2010). The Rev. Dr. Anthony Evans will officiate.
Burial will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Portville.
