Terry D. Hults
PORT ALLEGANY- Terry D. Hults, 53, of Belews Creek Rd., Stokesdale, NC, formerly of Port Allegany, died Thursday (March 5, 2009) in WFU Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC.
Born May 25, 1955, in Coudersport, PA, he was a son of Ronald G. and Dorothy Gernell Hults.
He was a longtime resident of the area and a graduate of the Port Allegany High School, Class of 1973.
He was a member of the Sons of the VFW, Post 6391, and the American Legion, Post 258, both of Port Allegany; ABATE- Alliance of Bikers Aimed Toward Education, Potter County Chapter; and Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 460, Port Allegany.
Surviving are two daughters, Shanna M. (Jeremiah) Amell of Roulette, Heather L. (Gregg) Bosworth of Madison, NC; four grandchildren; a brother, Gary R. Hults of Port Allegany; two sisters, Connie R. (Earl) Hults of Port Allegany, Karen S. Hults of Erie, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Donna K. Button.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Tuesday (Mar. 10, 2009) in the First Baptist Church, Port Allegany, with Rev. Michael Culver, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Grimes Cemetery, Port Allegany.
Local arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.
